In the last four days I have lost 4.4 lbs and I am feeling good about it. I question constantly about what I eat. Will I have a yogurt or a slim fast for Breakfst. Will I steal a chip or grab a bottle of water? Are you hungry or thirsty? So far so good. I even walked a mile this week one day at the local track. Maybe again only maybe 2 times this week.
A slimmer healthier me is underway
